Nana's Bday Present

So this year for Nana's birthday we asked her what she wanted...she can be a little difficult to shop for :-) and she responded with family time. So, for her birthday, a couple months later, we flew to Colorado....careful what you wish for next year Nana :-)
We went to the Aquarium in downtown Denver and it was a lot of fun. First of all, the kids were mesmerized by the bubbles outside the aquarium. We could of gone home after that and they would of been satisfied!

Reis and Evers getting tats..word! The tough guys getting a train and dinosaur.
I think Reis is having a good time :-)

This tank was sweet. There were sharks swimming behind us. A person working said that sharks can hear our heartbeating, that is why they kept coming close to the glass. Crazy!
We got to feed sting rays and it felt SO weird! Here is Mike trying to take a turn...and everytime he stuck his hand in the water the BIGGEST sting ray would approach. I don't blame him for not wanting to do it!
We saw a 3-d sponge bob roller coaster movie...and Evers really enjoyed it. He is getting so big!
SuzAnne had to guest speak for work, so Bryan headed over to his dad's house. The kids sure do love Grandpa and his dogs. They played at Chuckee Cheese.

Our kids love plane rides....looking out the window, watching the people around them, and oh, yeah MOVIES!! Thank goodness for portable DVD players!
Our little monkeys at the airport climbing and sliding down anything they can!
We are home...almost. We had such a fun time in Colorado. Thank you Nana and Grandpa Mike and Grandpa Bill for making it a fun trip for us!

B-O-I-S-E

Boise is always a fun time...seeing Grandma, the cousins, the aunts and uncles, and we can't forget Tucker (Josh and Marshanne's dog)! It is endless fun and relaxation when we are in Boise.

No need for a trampoline when Grandma has beds :-) Everett and Averee had a blast together.

Then there was the outside activities...sliding down a tipped over b-ball hoop...

digging in grandma's flower pot (luckily there is nothing planted there yet). There they found worms and a slug, so we experimented with a little salt...

oh, and the biggest hit of all, for old and young...the stomp rocket...
picnics outside...

The grandkids minus Ryder, asleep in the warm car. I was SO unprepared this trip for my kids clothes wise, guess I was just wishing for warm weather. Thanks Alicia for letting me borrow snow hats!
I laugh every time I see these pics. Just before this Evers, out of the blue, had gone and tackled poor Evka. Now, I guess it was Kaitlyn and Kyler's turn!

Grace had to join the fun...smile Kait!
I just love my sweet little Reis...taking time to smell the roses!

One day we went to a place called Rafiki...aka every mom's dream play place! It is clean for the mom's to relax and not worry about germs and fun for the kids...perfect combo!

Here is my bro Gabe babysitting, just like he was told, by his daughter Averee. He is such a great dad!

Here is Evers doing his thing...lining up ALL the strollers. He does this with all his toys....should I be worried about OCD :-)

Storytime and craft time at the library. Evka and Madi are too cute!

Boise was a BLAST. I LOVE spending time with my fam!

Moving Day!!!

We SOLD our house!!! But wait we hadn't found a house...guess we are doing things a little backwards :-) But it is not like we weren't trying. I think the problem is that we were looking all the way from Payson ALL THE WAY to the point of the mountain...so not necessarily narrowing things down...oops :-) Needless to say....STRESSFUL. We had a month to be out of our house and the weekend before we had to move we found a house to rent in Orem. Phew! But this was all going on at the same time I wanted to be up in Boise to see my family...Gabe and his family were coming up from Texas.

The kids had a blast helping Grandpa Bill load up the moving truck!

The day before we had to be out, we had everything out of the house and I cleaned like crazy (thanks to Nancy who watched my kids). I took one good look around and was sad to leave the area and my friends BUT NOT sad to leave my house. Then, I left with the kids to Boise :-)

Thanks SO much to all those who helped during this stressfull time for me to make it a smoother transition!
