Liberty, Utah

We made a quick trip up to Liberty in August to visit our friends. That weekend happened to be the Hot Air Balloon Festival ( I can't remember what the festival was called, but there were hot air balloons :-) ). So, our kids were up bright and early so we headed to find a spot to watch the balloons. After awhile Evers kept saying "want, want"...come on daddy, whatever the boy wants he gets :-)




That afternoon we headed to the festival part where there were booths, blowup bouncy machines and slides. and mini train rides. Here is Reis and Mason...the stroller buddies!
Everett LOVED the train ride...they went around SO many times. Of course, when the ride was over he SCREAMED....but while it lasted he had the biggest grin on his face!!






Then we took the chair lift up to the top of the mountain. What a great view! On the way down Evers kept waving to the people coming up. Luckily I had Reis in the Bjorn..it was a long, nice and high up ride with NO cross bar to keep us in!

Everett and Easton looking for MORE rocks to throw down the hill..all boy I tell ya!That evening we headed to a lake to do some swimming. Evers and Reis loved the water...it was cold but they didn't care. I had to say "ENOUGH" when their lips were blue and they were shaking uncontrollably. They could NOT get warm after that....oops. But they had a blast.
Evers had NO fear of the water. Which is kinda a bad thing..since he ran straight into the water to get his daddy and fell all the way in. He didn't care but it scared mommy really good.

Sharee is dry so she is trying to get Reis warm with her body heat!

Easton was toasty buried in the sand :-) Maybe I should of tried that with my kids!
